Mechanically, this feels like a lot of setup for minimal reward, so I'd have liked to have seen more impact from completing either project. But it's a fun idea, and I like the events and Strange Guests a lot.
I love the strange guests table. This whole idea is so fun and flavorful, a really minor but nice addition to a campaign where the heroes might enjoy relaxing after big adventures. Great work!
I'd like a little more definition and rules regarding the level of the Feast Hall.
Very fun concept here for groups that enjoy a party following a victory, and the Strange Guests table is a treat!
Given the great effort put into it, feels like the heroes should earn a renown for the construction of the hall or some other reward. Additionally, I can see reasoning for hosting a feast being a typical project, but there is some mechanical strangeness in heroes being able to start the goal immediately after a big encounter to get the bonus to the roll and pausing that effort to pick up and finish later. Since there's usually some narrative immediacy and continued effort to getting a feast going, feels like something that might be better executed with mechanics akin to the fishing project to see how well the feast goes and if any crazy events happen with strange guests?
But, that's more of a gut feeling than anything else. This has interesting material to work with that functions well as is with only minor director adjustments. A fine submission.
Do you have a wealth score in mind to be able to do the Build a Great Hall activity? My gut tells me you would need to be 4+ to afford it. That said, you could probably still host a feast in a rented hall for less. As a director, I would want guests to be able to benefit in some way from the extra recoveries. If my players held a feast, the BBEG or the devil that consistently offers them bad bargains would be sure to attend.
I like the idea that the feast is attracting interesting NPCs like the mysterious beggar or the giant and that the defeated (?) solo creature is used to not just host a feast but also decorate the great hall.
However, do those project point numbers add up? Building the hall for 300 pts is only worth a +1 for the host feast roll, which is another 80? I assume the whole group of heroes will attend the feast and benefit from being "Well fed"?

Huge fan of the Strange Guests table in particular, I'm all about strange features that require some interpreting! Reminds me a lot of strongholds in Strongholds and Followers, which I was also a huge fan of.
