Not exactly same, but Feedack Quest 9 (which is held yearly) is about to start: /jam/feedback-quest-9-indiegames-x-indie-streamers
That is however more similar to Indie Playtest Fest, in that the focus is more on getting streamers to play the games rather than other developers.
