Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

These are old remnants on a few of the house objects. They were originally used to block light while remaining invisible in the scene. When they were still serving their intended purpose, they had a separate material assigned to them.

I’ll take a closer look to determine whether they’re still needed and decide on the appropriate fix.
