So why exactly do I lose everything and go to jail after a raid when I only have legit tenant A.K.A. everything being legal, which means I in a normal world, wouldn't lose everything and go to jail. Since they couldn't find anything?

That is a brilliant and totally fair point! You're completely right—if a building is 100% legal, getting raided and losing everything makes no sense realistically or logically.
I really appreciate you pointing out these logical flaws. I'll adjust the raid mechanics in a future update so that the penalties make more sense depending on whether your tenants are actually legitimate or shady. Thanks again!
