I can't edit the kinks in the settings. Are they locked to patreon, or am I just doing something wrong?

nvm I think I found the solution in discord, but some settings are still grayed out. Are those not implemented yet?
Greyed out with a name is not implemented yet
Greyed out with "FILE MISSING" means the kink was removed.
