The combo system feels SO good when you trigger it, and SO bad when the AI does! Hahah.
In the Freeplay mode, the decks are roughly balanced — each player gets 2 cards of levels 1-5, 2 cards of levels 6-7, and 1 card of levels 8-10. *Generally* this balance is enough to have a chance! In the Tournament mode, I'll be honest, I could have done a better job with balancing the starting cards, and I really could have / should have given a "pity" card or two if you lose a Tourney match a few times. Ah well.
