I think the official rule is the actual content that gets included in your game in the end is not allowed to be ai generated (and even then it depends what you mean, jetbrains editors do ai autocomplete out of the box now),  if you google a programming problem and that *mostly wrong* google ai thing at the top gives you the answer you're looking for before you even scrolled down, then I highly doubt that would break the rule, just be honest with yourself so that everyone has a fair experience and most importantly so that *you* have a nicer learning experience.

I'd even go as far to say that you'll probably learn far more working under the time constraint just thinking through the problems and googling, ai might actually slow down the learning process for you
