I don't know if this is suitable for this thread or not, but I want to show my edit using a Diezel image that is in the game files, but which is not used in the game itself. I used the SAI Easy Paint Tool if anything for this edit. I wanted to show how this image could be used, since it was clearly created for this purpose.

If it is not suitable for this thread, then please let me know and I will delete this post.

I'll leave this up as clarification, but for future reference no, this thread is just for actual significantly original fan works, mostly art although people can certainly link stories as well if they want. No worries though.

Are animations suitable for this thread? Like meme animations

There are some animations here already, but it's more a question of high effort vs. low effort. This thread is more for things people sat down and spent at least a few hours on. That said, if you want to share a few meme things that's fine, just limit it to one or two, and link the rest if you have more than that. The issue with low-effort stuff is that it tends to flood/spam threads because it's so easy to make.
