The game is english only, but has support for custom translations via .txt files. You could use the custom translation system to use a machine translation, for example. There's a zip file in the game folder that explains how to use it.
I've looked into professional translations, and it's a couple of thousand dollars per language for a long script like Orc Bastion's. I don't have the money to do that.
