I grabbed this in hopes of using the textures in particular to kitbash some more stuff in a similar style as the showcased buildings, and found that they are not really cleanly reusable in that way. The assets are awesome but FYI to anyone thinking they might use these like a starting point and not as the entire set, unfortunately the pack doesn't make it easy to adapt the textures to other geometry. The textures are generally painted onto UV unwraps in a way where reusing them for other stylistically similar models is maybe feasible but definitely not easy.
