Really enjoyed this; I replayed it a couple of times and especially liked how the meaning of certain lines changed depending on the context of when they were encountered
Thank you! I hadn't planned on so much branching so tracking those changes in meaning was a challenge tho not an unwelcome one.
Absolutely beautiful; heartwrenching; painful in its simplicity. Partway through, the Seed became a lump in my throat, even as the urge to see the game through to the end pulled and tugged at my heart. I love this little poem, and am grateful it is out in the world. I hope it finds the fertile soil it seeks. ❤️

There was a lot working together here. One thing was the layout of a scrolling poem getting deeper and deeper in length as the seed digs. Another was the constant effort of choosing to make things happen, to make anything grow. Finally, something about "Death" being an ink asterisk (*) consumable choice felt extremely poetic.
Thank you! In truth, I deliberated over the death route after someone found an error. It is interesting how the presence or absence of an option plays on interpretation; with more time I think I would've considered that even more with the case of other options... Thanks again :)
