I've noticed it from my past game jam submissions and I wasn't exactly sure why, but now that you mentioned it, that feels so annoying. Ratings are supposed to be fair and yet some people would rate your game with terrible ratings just so that they can win for themselves because they are selfish, complete blockheads they are.
