This would have would have been so cool to have as a student going around campus. I can already imagine so many people would be tempted to mod this to play Pokémon Go back when it first released.

And based on the fake game screens it looks like it could actually work surprisingly well

First: I love how it kind of looks like a Pokedex. Second: I also love how you took this project several steps further and made mock ups of gameplay screencaps to go with the 3D models. I would love to play this if it were real :D

Great concept! It’s like those DS games that make you hold the DS like a book, but way more ergonomic. The showcase animation is a great addition. It’s the kind of thing you would see on a TV ad. I enjoyed the examples of games you showcased to flesh out the “lore” of this console.
