Try installing "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1" and "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable"

Seems odd but when two users I've interacted with had this issue (creating or moving folders) installing those redists seemed to fix the issue, try that

Did you install the latest versions and the correct ones? If so, this error might be happening because of some file permissions and try running as administrator as well just in case.

i installed the specific versions you said, and it's still giving the error. what am i going to do with this broken program?

sorry if I'm calling it broken. it's just the fact how frustrated i got since it's not working properly. these are the screenshots of the programs I've installed btw

so, is there any way to fix the error? I've tried everything and the net framework things are already installed on my pc and tried running as administrator. what should i do?
