Not sure if it's just me but couldn't spend the money the UI said I had in the shop. Wonder if you just can't until the timer ends(?) Ended up dying before I could find out.

Think I understand my mistake thought the cash icon was my money but that's how much it pays if I have the requested delivery? I'll try again this evening :)
