Did some further testing
1. Spamming the dialogue to progress while pressing TAB has a chance to bug out the game during the "silent" part of a dialogue (the one with no text but you can't move) and gives you free roam, exiting the location where you are from there (if there is a possible exit) and go right back inside bugs the game and doesn't let you progress
2a. I understand during the "gun" scene we're supposed to hit a hidden trigger to progress the dialogue, but sometimes it actually doesn't register.
2b. after the "gunshot" if you enter the room, at the top left when walking there is a chance you can slip through and continue walking.
3. The "House sucking glove finger" meme photo of Enora is missing from the ROOTS variant of the game
4. There is a yellow bundle of "something" at the far corner left of I believe...the storage...? room that cannot be accessed, not sure if that's intentional if the sprite is THAT specific, it looks like a hazmat suit or a pair of extremely large yellow gloves...or a crappy pile of wet floor signs. There's a middle area in that room with a giant brown structure
5. Super rare glitch that you wouldn't believe me unless I had video evidence, but APPARENTLY you somehow can enter D's room AT the beginning, and it triggers the door opening but it just shoots you back out
