Hi! I’m interested in working on Merantau. I’m a 2D artist with experience creating game assets, and the combination of true top-down hex tiles, stylized environments, and Majapahit/Srivijaya-inspired architecture sounds like a really interesting project.
I read through your requirements, and I’d be comfortable starting with the paid test tile to make sure the visual direction and workflow are a good fit before moving on to the larger asset batch. I’m also happy to research the historical and mythological references carefully so the assets feel appropriate to the setting.
