Generally, I want to avoid having submissions that utilise AI generation, even if AI generated code is hard for a viewer to identify, so I'd remove your submission on those grounds.
However, the early work would also probably be enough to have your submission disqualified, depending how how long ago you actually started working on it.
While a submission that was started a few days before the Jam would be allowed, a submission that was started a week or more before the jam would get removed.
