Tax Information Validation Stuck for 64 Days — Unable to Launch

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here can help me with an issue I’ve been dealing with for a long time.

I completed my tax interview 64 days ago, but my tax information is still showing:

Because the tax information is still pending validation, I have been unable to properly launch and sell my program on the platform.

I have already contacted support and sent messages about this issue, but unfortunately I have not received a response.

I’ve been working on my program for a long time and was finally able to release it in Early Access, but this tax validation problem is preventing me from moving forward normally.

Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is there something I need to do to get the W-9 validated, or is there another way to contact the appropriate support team?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It's in the documentation and has been repeated in many posts on this forum.:

Validation will take place after you open your first payout request.

/docs/creators/payments#tax-interview

Once you complete the interview, you can start selling on Itch. When you request your first withdrawal, Itch validates your interview (which costs $3 and is deducted from your first withdrawal).
