So potentially in good news for you, the whole Pacific theatre is covered in a different release. If you see on my page Dispatches 1941.
I like icon idea and initially I had a historical choice marker visible on the option cards but it felt too leading. I could add it into a badge after making the choice with that would work. The nodes are already tagged with it so not a big job either.
I will also explore that branch a little further and see if there is room for expansion. My knowledge of Sweden during the war is fairly limited but I will have a look and see if their is some diplomatic nodes that could come out of it. Open to suggestions
