Of the starting pieces you listed, the Saint-King concept and the Death-side symbols are where I would be strongest. My work is heavy shadow, hard light, and gothic atmosphere, and religious imagery in a dark register is something I draw by choice rather than on request.
I should say plainly that I have not worked in an isometric perspective before, so the gameplay-view mockup is the one item on your list I would be least useful for. The character and symbol work does not depend on that, though.
