The Booth Butcher demo has a really cool concept, especially with the idea of the Booth Butcher living inside a theater. The theater setting itself was a great choice, especially since I enjoy going to theaters.

However, I  had a difficult time to look for items and to navigate due to the lack of waypoints or clear indicators. There was also a section where I got stuck because of what seemed like a bug, and I initially thought I would have to restart the entire game.

I also noticed some issues with the audio settings. The volume controls didn’t seem to work properly for me, and the music in the main menu was particularly loud. I had to adjust the audio through my streaming software instead.

Despite these issues, I still had a fun time with it. The concept and setting are definitely interesting, and with a bit more polish, clearer guidance, and some audio fixes, I think the experience could be even better.

I'd give this game 6.8 out of 10 Popcorns!

This is genuinely useful feedback, thank you for taking the time. Really happy the theater setting worked for you; it's the heart of the whole thing.

The audio issue is a known one and it's fixed in the current build sorry you hit it, that menu volume was rougher than it should've been. The navigation point is fair too; I'm looking at clearer guidance without losing the "figure it out" feel.

6.8 popcorns is more than fair for a demo, and this kind of breakdown is exactly what makes the full game better. Thank you 🔪
