I cant appear to unlock magic attacks. The fox character tells me to talk to the seamstress, but i cant seem to find her anywhere. Can anyone tell me where she is?

Check out the workshop in the camp. She's inside along with the smith. Armor mentions what skill you will learn by equipping it and using during encounters. After several seduction or combat encounters, you'll get a pop-up about learning the skill. After that, you can use another gear to get a different skill. Learned skills stay with you forever.
