Hello Mr. YeahMaybe.

My younger brother downloaded this game on my android phone without my knowledge ot consent. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to get a refund???

There is no official Android version. If there's something on Android called "The Choicer Voicer", it is an arguably-illegal knockoff that I do not endorse and I have no control over.

I understand that. But its the one that is on this site, Itch.io. he thought he could play it since it was the actual app, not realizing it was only for windows, so he payed for it. Is there no way I can get a refund?

If it were up to me, everyone who wants a refund would get one, but I don't have that power. You will have to request a refund from Itch and hope they let it through.
