I understand that. But its the one that is on this site, Itch.io. he thought he could play it since it was the actual app, not realizing it was only for windows, so he payed for it. Is there no way I can get a refund?
If it were up to me, everyone who wants a refund would get one, but I don't have that power. You will have to request a refund from Itch and hope they let it through.
