in the original undertale there was a way to get out of bounds in the ruins, its a known glitch so you can probably find out about it on your own but if you want the answer right now just scroll down in this comment
in that one falling maze puzzle if you fall enough times you will be able to walk in the breakeble floor, then you can go through a wall missing colision next to the exit for the secret
