Problem solved: using a VPN (using Singapur placement with Firefox VPN did the trick). It looks like Cloudflare is getting a bit picky nowadays. So, game downloaded and ready to be played!!
Ah that's great that you figured it out! Even if it says it's older files past the quarantine, it's actually the latest update from what I've heard from other people.
