About your points:
- I'm not sure I understand the first point, the tutorial has a small menu that pops up when you finish it, and there is a fake button that is shown during the tutorial as part of it.
- The reload is shown with the other controls at the first page of the tutorial
- The metal plates come off when you shoot the screws that hold them in place, I'm aware it's not explained directly, just something I had to pass on due to the time constraint
I really like your game. Not a game loop I though could fit into the theme at all but you made it work with an interesting take on this theme.
It's very polished, smooth and well made all around. The only design choice I'm not a fan of is the sound effects when taking damage and dying. Just makes this a little unserious which kinda goes against the whole mood I was getting from the game.
