Hi, this was our team's first game jam and our first time submitting a game on itch.io.
Before the deadline, we went directly to the Brackeys Game Jam page and clicked “Submit your game.” We followed the submission process and uploaded our game, “Trust No One,” before the deadline.
However, after completing those steps, the game appeared on my personal itch.io project page. Since we had started the process directly from the Game Jam submission page, we mistakenly believed that this meant the game had already been successfully submitted to the jam.
Only after the deadline did we realize that, although the game had been uploaded and saved before the deadline, it had apparently not been fully registered as a submission to the Game Jam.
The game itself was completed and uploaded before the deadline, and we have not continued developing it after the deadline.
Would it be possible for an organizer to check whether our submission can be recovered or manually added to the jam? We would really appreciate your help, and we completely understand if this is not possible under the rules.
