You talk with strangers walking by your tent.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Code: Shaders for tent door effect and fear effect, they are credited inside the game.

the zipper is really annoying, but i guess it's part of the immersion haha. But really, i like the simple gameplay revolving the goddamn zipper! Its cute and fun!
Fun little game! I liked how the zipper got stuck. It might make sense to have some feedback when that happens though at first i thought it was an input bug! great job!
Thanks for playing!
I'm glad you had fun despite how the zipper works.
It actually has some feedback, it should shake and play a sound (a gun cocking sound actually lol). Maybe it got glitched or maybe this isn't obvious enough.
But I also got this feedback from testing before release, that the stuck mechanic can be confusing. Maybe I could make it work better, but I think it's not worth confusing the player over this.
Great idea and really fits the theme. I really like the tactility of the zipper and it sometimes jamming when you need to act fast. The dialogue sometimes feel a bit random though.
Thanks for playing!
Yes, the dialogue can be lackluster, I wish I had more time to do something more complex, with storylines, consequences and more sense overall.
the first jumpscare really got me.
This game is held so simple and yet is really fun, I'm a big fan actually.
Thanks for playing!
I'm really grateful for the kind words :)
I love the tactile interaction and the hilarity of saying goodbye to a child that just told you they were scared and alone. I had fun!
Thanks for playing!
Yea, some of the interactions can feel a little ridiculous or random, I wish I had enough time to do something more complex, where the discussions had some meaning or consequence.
Love the atmosphere the game creates and the design that zip gets stuck by chance.
Thanks for playing!
I'm glad I made the atmosphere good enough, it's the first time I try something like this.
hahah as someone who goes camping a fair amount this is terrifying xD Really cool concept!
Thanks for playing!
It was inspired by an experience I had recently while camping, when a drunk man came and talked with a friend outside my tent for like 30 minutes, without giving any signs that he wanted to leave.
