How does the game fit the theme?
A "The Thing" inspired shooter, explore the colony, find out which colonist you 'can not trust' by scanning them and defeat the secret alien to save the space colony.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
AI was used to generate some of the code, the rest is all made from scratch. I'm new to game dev, don't plan on using ai code as much for future projects,

I really like the art style especially the sprites for the imitator. I would suggest adding some sort of level structure . this way you could make the game longer and implement a difficulty curve. overall a great first game and a super fun short experience

The game is really nice and I like the vibe and art style nice job! however I had to figure out how to open the doors hehe.

It would be nice if  the doors would be automatic and if there were controls where I can see which buttons to use. but apart of that really nice job, and good luck!

The game has a really nice atmosphere, with the darkness surrounding the player and the "galactic horror" art style. However, I think it would be much better to indicate which buttons the player needs to press (especially for doors and the mouse-click to shoot). The game would also be more enjoyable with some ambient sound.
