This is one of the few times I disagree with the devs.
Just be upfront, say we dont want this type of content - using the 'realistic' schtick dont make a lick of sense.
That's because "realistic" isn't the dev stance. The reason devs haven't added it is because they want to be respectful to actual intersex folk. That means talking to one and figuring out how it actually works instead of the fetishized version you get in porn/hentai/etc. Until that's sorted, intersex will not be in the game
