well ... I am not sure what I was to do .. so I clicked on the flowers after working out how to select a robot ... then I found some .. mushrooms? they seem to make more of me .. so I did that till the game ran at about 5 fps ... I am sporting a GTX 3090 FD card .. it did not like having that many sprites on the screen.
