How does the game fit the theme?
You are a border officer. Applicants lie, papers can be wrong, and the camera is bad enough that you never really see who is standing at the glass.

The institution is no better. It doesn't score you on being right, it scores you on whether your decision came with evidence attached. A wrong call with a clean file is a clean call.

On the last day there is one more file on the desk. I won't say whose.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Code: all written during the jam. Art: all third-part either asset packs I bought or CC0 (I created the very simple models and images myself.). Audio: most of the sound effects I recorded myself during the jam. All the spoken lines are my own voice.

How many people worked on the game?

The atmosphere is really nice, but I think the game could use a bit more guidance. I honestly had no idea how to control the PC or the camera at first.

Loved how the game looks and all the stuff you can interact with in your room. I really didn't get how to start playing the game though, also when I leave the PC with Tab it keeps typing on it after I get up from the chair.

Really like the atmosphere and vibe with the psx style, pixel jittering and color pallete. But it was a bit hard to understand what to do and what my goal is. The instructions have a collision and are only rendered on one side and when i was typing on the pc i ecountered the bug when exiting and interacting with other things i was still typing.

I didn't understand what you meant by "The instructions have a collision and are only rendered on one side."

I completely understood the bug when exiting the PC, thank you very much. Normally, in PC builds, you use Esc to exit, but in web builds, Esc removes mouse focus, so I had to assign other keys to it. When you press Esc while at the PC, it returns (of course, it first removes mouse focus, so you have to press it twice)

why does the trash bin don't work?

Developer

The trash can works, but if you try to throw large trash bags in it, they obviously won't fit. You have to put them in the large bin in the middle and pull the lever to send them out.
