Awesome game! I started to feel real frustration at my employees for slacking on the job. Had a good sense of tension and stress about keeping things running smoothly. Really good little minigames for the tasks, and I liked the touch of having the phone occasionally give you the wrong code. The visuals were also very good and cohesive! felt like a very considered environment. The tutorial was also nice to have! it helped a lot for sure. I did end up getting fired though :D
Really fun game!!! There are so many things to keep track of, I was so busy the whole time XD And then my useless coworkers kept falling asleep... WAKE UP!! You guys are going to get me fired again!!!
I tried several times, but I never managed to survive the full ten minutes TT I honestly have no idea what went wrong... I kept staring at the altitude monitor, and I never saw any planes crash into each other...
It was definitely their fault.
Great game please rate my game
Cool game, nice athmosphere and original gameplay, well done :)
Love to have one guy whose whole purpose is to clear his throat so I can come and do his job and to have him still fall asleep.
Very interesting entry and excellent gameplay loop. It took me a bit to understand that I was supposed to select a plane before ordering it to change altitude. It sounds obvious but it somehow eluded me. Planes crash were my number 1 concern for most of my first playthrough.
Despite how polished everything is, I feel like the game never truly reach its full potential. A hard mode would have been most appreciated as i felt like most of my playtime was waiting for something to happen. It's a shame as the game can get pretty frantic when a bunch of things start going wrong at once while you have to micromanage your airspace.
All in all, great entry, one of my favorites. I'm playing gems after gems today.
Hot damn, amazing work with just 1 week! I stopped half-way because I felt like there was no clear objective to win. But everything else was great! (Audio, visual, vibe and gameplay) I guess you guys took some inspiration from Among Us?
This is super impressive and well-rounded for a jam build! Having different mechanics kept things really interesting, and taking the time to add a tutorial made a huge difference. Everything was spot on, though I wasn't completely sure about the theme interpretation (or maybe I just missed it!). Great effort!
This game was really cool. Once I got into the flow, it felt satisfying bouncing around from task to task. The usage of the theme was good too, having your colleagues be as unreliable as possible (that guy redirecting the planes needs to get thrown off the ship ngl).
great sound, really fits the vibe. also very detailled. enjoyed playing it. great work!
Genuinely amazing! feels super balanced and everything was fun to do. Looks and sounds great to.
What an excellent game! You can clearly see how much effort has gone into crafting every single detail to the highest standards. Be it the singular sock in the corner (a possible reference to a previous game crafted by Ametrin Studios?) or the finely written notes on the board to the left of the starting area, everything just feels like it is exactly where it belongs, creating a well-rounded atmosphere for this little gem of a game.
Another thing I really liked about this game is the unique visual effect/rendering style (I'm not really sure what to call it: you can see it for yourself in the pictures in the description). It very much reminds me of the many "neo-vintage" games in recent circulation, though it still manages to be much more subtle and less pronounced, thereby creating its own unique style.
The gameplay itself threw me right back into the (terrible?) years of the COVID lockdowns. Completing all these slightly superfluous tasks reminded me all too much of the hit game Among Us, which seemingly every single person alive used to play during those lockdowns. Though the stress of coping with the mixed levels of competence in your Among Us lobby was fully removed in this game, the stress of dealing with the truly terrible, terribly incompetent employee who routes the planes to the different altitudes definitely did a number on me.
All things considered, I really enjoyed this game! Great job!
sadly the browser version seems to not be working yet. only got a grey screen after the loading bar. it sounds like a fun concept so I would have really liked to try it out.
Thats unfortunate :(
If you could tell me your OS, Browser and any error messages in the browser console I can look into it.
You can always try the downloadable version.
My setup is quite unique so that could be the case. It was the Brave Web Browser and OS is Linux (Zorin). Hope that helps :)
according to my research Brave might not support webgpu on some linux systems which could be the problem (you might be able to enable it experimentally). I experienced a similar issue with Firefox on Arch Linux (which only has experimental webgpu support on nightly)
I tried it again on windows with chrome and this time it worked fine. It was a fun experience and it hits close to home to never be able trust some colleagues at work :D. Maybe add a highscore system and multiple shifts to the game. Anyway this felt pretty original when it comes to the them of the jam. great work.
This was really fun. I like the vibe a lot and a really unique entry to this jam,
Pretty fun game to play through. The plane management minigame was very hard for me to grasp at first (didn't know you could click on the planes.) To me it felt like there were parts of the game where I was just waiting for something to happen, which was a little boring. And many of the minigames just felt like clicking buttons.
