Hey! Thanks so much for the kind words and for reaching out!

To give you a bit of context, MISHEAR was built specifically as a game jam entry. Right now, our team is planning to pivot towards a different game style and concept for our upcoming projects, so we don't have immediate plans to expand MISHEAR—though that could always change in the future!

Because of that, we haven't started active social media marketing yet. However, once we kick off our new games (or if we ever decide to fully expand MISHEAR), we will definitely be launching TikTok, YouTube, and other socials to share development progress.

Thanks again for checking out the game and showing interest in our journey!

Really appreciate the thoughtful feedback! Glad you enjoyed the atmosphere and tension. We'll for sure tune down the film grain a bit in the next tweak. Means a lot to the team!

So glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for pointing that out—we'll update our Itch.io page to showcase and explain those mechanics much better for everyone. Means a lot to the team!

Wow, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed breakdown! It’s super rewarding to see someone appreciate the exact design thought behind the audio and sanity mechanics. So glad you enjoyed the atmosphere and tension. Huge thanks for playing!

Thank you for playing! Really happy you liked the atmosphere and details. Thanks for the note on the film grain, we'll definitely tweak that!

Your game was honestly so good! I had some super intense moments—especially deciding in the heat of the moment whether to shoot or use the medicine. The fact that the medicine can actually kill you too is such a cool mechanic! The theme connection was great, and the PS1-style graphics are right up my alley—I absolutely adore that look. It's clear how much effort you put into this, awesome job!

This is super impressive and well-rounded for a jam build! Having different mechanics kept things really interesting, and taking the time to add a tutorial made a huge difference. Everything was spot on, though I wasn't completely sure about the theme interpretation (or maybe I just missed it!). Great effort!

The artwork was seriously amazing! Checking everyone's IDs was super fun—I actually missed one of them because of their photo :) The music was really nice as well, and you captured the theme so well. Great job!

The visual and UI design are amazing, and your take on the 'trust no one' theme was super creative! I really liked the game, though a few parts felt a bit rushed and left me wondering what to do next—totally understandable for a jam build!

Fantastic effort, wishing you continued success. Great team job!

(P.S. This was actually the very first game I played in the jam, and the cover art caught my eye right away!)

The atmosphere, visuals, and theme fit together perfectly. I honestly forgot I was playing a jam game—it's so polished in every aspect!

Thanks a lot! Really happy to hear that the atmosphere kept you hooked from start to finish. Appreciate the support!

Thank you! I'm really glad the atmosphere worked and managed to give you a good scare. Thanks for checking out our game!

I'd love to check out your game as well. Good luck to everyone in the jam!

"Thanks a lot for playing! We really tried to create that sense of loneliness and an atmosphere where you have to trust what you hear."

Wow, thank you for such an awesome review! We're so glad you enjoyed the sound design, polish, and horror atmosphere. Making you feel uneasy throughout the game means we did our job right! Thanks a lot for playing and supporting us!
