Sometimes on Windows, a blue "SmartScreen" window may appear when launching a Ren'Py game, stating that the application is unrecognized. If this is what you are referring to, there should be a button below to show more options and run the game.
ok it looks like turning the pc on and off again fixed it, as the game booted straight up this time, and im aware og that screen for many other games i play, this one was the game was not even booting up, but its seems to have fixed itself, sorry about bothering you
