How does the game fit the theme?
There are 4 different types of injections. It's the way to heal and upgrade but they can also give you bad effects.
On top of that, you can use these substances on enemies to make the enemies switch sides. They can't even trust themselfs anymore.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I made everything myself. Besides the dungeon generation Logic, I've used from a previous project. And the music is just a quick remake/master.

The little dungeon crawler sprite is cute! Tying running and beam attacking to the same bar made the fire enemies interesting fights. Desperately kiting or trying to come at them and get in close enough to spam attack them down. Fun!

Interesting game, I had a bit of trouble at the start but slowly got the hang of it. I ran into some long lag spikes when using abilities for the first time but I saw you are already aware of the issue

interesting game, art is very cute. the fire enemies are super hard to fight though. nice job :)
