I think I'm stuck with Cynthia, it says "Let's go the the Guild", but neither entering the guild nor trying to interact with her inside of the guild does anything.
I had this issue for a while but I realize that if you did July's path too early, it will lock Cynthia's path. I would suggest that you finish Cynthia route, there will be an option that will ask you to finish July's path.
