How does your art incorporate the theme?
The characters are an elven traveler and his dragon steed. I like to think the dragon will help cook once the fishing is done.

I like your way of depicting light and darkness in the scene. The reflection of the lantern the bugs I love it. Is the on the right side of the image? It took me a minute to recognize it.

I can hear the lantern clink and the gentle wind rustling, imagining myself drifting to sleep with this cool color palette around me. Five stars all around.

Cozy piece!

The pose and shape of the elf are particularly well done. You’re doing a lot with a little with the hands. Good work!

I do think the piece would look better with more subtle use of dithering, but I’m probably projecting because I tend to go overboard with it too.

Haha, no I 100% agree - I've never tried working with dithering before so I experimented with a couple techniques to see what would work
