Mine does, but it's not explicitly mentioned so far. I think I was pretty obvious about it with some of the things he says, but neither of my playtesters seemed to pick up on it.
Elves also have a raised-female-until-they're-not thing going on, but so far this only applies to the protag and is only loosely indicated late in the current game.

added! I would encourage you to just mention he is trans somewhere on the page because a LOT of readers and players just kinda wanna know and engage with stories where the guy is trans. That is why I have my collections in the first place and why they get spread around.
Trans protagonists, especially ones engaging in sexy times, are still incredibly rare so it is ok just to be like, hey! I've got one! People like knowing.
