How does the game fit the theme?
The game fits the "Trust No One" theme as the instructions given by the computer sometimes lie to the player. It may say to destroy the green or the red circles, however, they may or may not be correct. The misleading instructions cause the player to not trust the game. They must rely on themselves to play the game.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I implemented the code by myself, Html, Javascript, and CSS.

Good take on the theme.

Some suggestions:

  • I think your instructions may not be random, or the randomness may be broken. I played 10+ rounds, and every time, it said to shoot the Green, but Red was the real target; i.e., the instructions are always lying.
  • Non-Targets clutter the screen quickly. So it becomes harder to shoot the targets.

I love this. I started shooting the green ones and only after dying twice did I realize. Very well done. Just as Ross mentioned, I think the circles should have de-spawned after a bit because they started circling me and I was unable to do anything anymore. My high-score is 12.

Nice little mechanic. I felt the green circles should have disappeared after some time but this is a well made little game, great work!
