I'm currently trying to get 7th ending, but I have to say that this game is really good! The music is soothing, the art is good, and I find the gameplay hard to get tired of.
There's something I got to ask though. I was mindlessly playing trying to get 500 in all stats when cut scene played of what I think is Sakuya visiting Marisa's house wanting to tell her something, but Patchouli interrupts her.
I was holding the skip button, so when I finally noticed it was a scene I never seen before I was already near the end with Marisa wondering if Sakuya wanted to tell her something.
I would like to know how to get that scene again and if there's any other secret scenes for the other heroines?

Okay so I figured out how to get the special Sakuya scene! It played on March 12th while I had a Star, S+, S and A in my stats. I've tried phoning Sakuya, but nothing different happened.
I'm going to try getting all 5 stars and hearts for the heroines and get this scene at the same time to see if that's how you get 7th ending, it's going to be hard though.
[Addendum] The only requirement needed for the Sakuya scene is that you have a 500 in charisma.

On your questions (spoilers ahead!):
Sakuya's event is triggered by having 500 charisma [star rank] before March 12th nighttime (though to be honest, I'm not sure how you got it with ~400 charisma [S rank] instead).
This is the "0.1st" ending the description refers to despite not actually being an ending.
The main four heroines each have a special date they can ask you out on if you have roughly 4+ hearts (roughly 67% total affection) and 5 stars (stat requirements fully met) with them.
They can schedule this via the random post-exploration events if these conditions are met.

I should point out is that I didn't put the rank in order from Artistry -> Faith, but from highest to lowest rank.
Since we're on the topic of endings, I gotten 6(.1) of the endings including where you 5 hearts/stars for all 4 heroines, but I've hit a wall on how to get the 7th (I assumed that Sakuya was connected to it).
Could I get a hint on what I have to do to reach it?
