Near the end of chapter 5 after Tharxis and slaves liberation, there is a scene leading to Volga overhearing Cyrus talking to Aria about finding his missing brother and then storms off, but Aria tells Volga who eavesdropped to drop it before the screen fades out. It hints to a potential Karanta/Cyrus arc. Would there be one at some point in the later chapters?

Since the current game is mainly through Volga’s POV, Volga can learn more about it in details if he’s close to Cyrus enough. But to fully explore it, it’ll most likely be a separate game with a different protagonist.
