Hello, where is the Lua script for this to work? Also, I don’t use Aseprite on Steam. I bought it through the software’s website.

Hello! The file is available on GitHub.
It’s written out to Aseprite config, but if that’s different for you (like I think is the case for buying it through the software’s website), then I believe you can insert that into the scripts folder and open it within Aseprite if it doesn’t load automatically.
