Click on the phone tab, and there will be a app called MoonPhase. It appears for both cis female and trans male players.
Awe darn so as a male PC I can't do anything to make it to where my partners get pregnant? Thanks for your guys help btw
Fertility stat slider is in the options tab and under difficulty.
