One thing up front so you can judge it quickly. My work is gothic and horror leaning, dark fantasy and villain designs, and I have not drawn anthro characters professionally. What I would bring to a title screen is composition and mood rather than a 90s furry style I already draw in. Look at the portfolio and tell me if that reads as a fit. If it doesn't, no hard feelings.
$100 works for the title screen. That covers a fully rendered single illustration with a commercial licence, one round of revisions on the sketch and one on the final.
If it helps, I can do a rough composition thumbnail first so you can see the layout before I commit to the render.
