I haven't played openfront.io either, but I checked it out and yeah, I can definitely see the similarity there too.
And thanks a lot for mentioning the resolution issue! That's actually very useful feedback. Proper scaling for higher resolutions is definitely something I need to fix in the post-jam UI redesign.
