the factory is the most difficult boss in the game. I just give up. I am full level 100 in full legendary equipment with catzilla on my side. I have 5 attacks ( approximately. 4 guaranteed + catzilla) in a turn. the factory have 5 thousand hp. 2 barriers and summons a level 100 unit every turn, starting with 3 units and overclock one if there is no dead units to replace. Ok i kill all units and deal dmg to a factory kinda 100+ dmg per hit. Cause it is a level 100 building. When factory drops into a yellow zone ( half hp) it just spams battle android every turn. It spawns with taunt and makes an insane hit that destroys bubble/taunt with huge dmg and leaving a mark. It just spawned 5 androids in a row and if i dont break 2 barriers on the factory it restores 500 hp. I deal 100+ with 1 hit.

It just unfair fight. At this point i have only one more thing that left to try - 3 falmethrowers/homewrekers + 2 haste and some defense on sam. If that's the on;y possible way to solve a boss - that's a bad boss. Because it is not interesting or difficult boss. It just annoingly unbreakeable with only 1 strategy seemingly effective enough against it. Strategy that requires nothing but grind of a proper equipment to toss straight after a bossfight.

P.S. Seriously, why 2 barriers? Was one not enough? Not enough that it scales with your level, you can't find it at will cause it is a random event, it spawns a unit every turn and overclocks them?

I don't really like fighting the factory. I won by using the dragon throat on Vix to burn it to death and the growth ray for when it was on cooldown. Though I left enemies alive to stop the battle android from showing up. The flamethrower robot was the the one that caused me the least amount of problems. I could also be misremembering if the dragon throat helped or not. Its been a while since I've fought it.

i ve tried dragon throat. Every time the factory restores the barriers it clears the burning. When i try to keep enemies alive they overclock into super dmg or catzilla kills/eats one of them and factory spawns battle android.

Does the burn damage not go through? I thought it still damaged it even if it cleared the burn. Draining the enemies helps with lowering the damage but yeah, overclock is a pain to deal with. I'll have to fight it again to see what works.

This fight is at level 100. My items are Sam: common weapon and the watch, Red: common weapon and catzilla collar, Vix: dragon throat and watch.

Forget what I said about draining for this fight, its not needed. Better to cycle bots at the start of the fight.

Red is stuck on healing duty most of this fight. I also try to stay overhealed for the whole fight.

The barrier doesn't recover until it is destroyed so you can leave it at one until you're ready to attack.

Spams androids somewhere around 3500 health so might have to keep the enemies alive for most the fight to prevent this from happening.

The burn does damage before it is cleared but its more useful for clearing the bots.

Sentries seem to be the worst of them for me so far. If Sam or Vix are marked from the android breaking their guard then sentries are going to kill them. Androids come in with taunt so are always a problem. Red bots aren't as annoying here for me because they use a turn overclocking so they deal less damage. Flame Turrets I want to show up because they seem to be the least problematic one. Plus dragon throat does nothing to them so I can drain them and keep them around hopefully.

Dragon throat makes you fire immune so that can be helpful with flame turrets. Also catzilla might not be the best item for this ( she has eaten multiple flame turrets).

Catzilla ended up helping in the end by shooting the factory twice but is too random for me to recommend using.
