Can confirm better wifi doesn't exactly help much, I ended up setting up a YT vid in a smaller screen on my phone to watch while it updated for an hour doing like 1mb/s give or take. Think it's just slow. I've downloaded and installed larger file sizes in upwards of single minutes, usually just a few seconds but this was strangely slow.
